Display Visit Reimbursement Offer

These terms relate specifically to the Display Visit Reimbursement Offer for the POD Model V06 Display Home at Stone Bridge Wines, Clare, South Australia.

1. The Display Visit Reimbursement Offer applies only to visits made to the POD Model V06 Display Home located at Stone Bridge Wines, Clare, South Australia.
2. Display home inspections are strictly by appointment and must be arranged prior to attendance.
3. Reimbursement is available only where the visitor proceeds with the purchase of a POD home through Affordable Living Solutions Company.
4. Reimbursement is limited to reasonable return economy airfares and standard rental vehicle costs incurred for the purpose of attending the display home inspection.
5. Original tax invoices and receipts must be provided before any reimbursement can be processed.
6. Reimbursement will only be processed after:
   • A purchase contract has been executed;
   • The required deposit has been paid in full; and
   • All supporting travel documentation has been received and approved.
7. Reimbursement is available to the purchaser(s) named on the purchase contract only and is not transferable.
8. Affordable Living Solutions Company reserves the right to decline reimbursement claims that are incomplete, unreasonable, unrelated to the display home visit, or unsupported by valid documentation.
9. The reimbursement offer cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, discounts, or exchanged for any other promotion unless approved in writing by Affordable Living Solutions Company.
10. Affordable Living Solutions Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
11. Attendance at the display home is at the visitor’s own risk. Visitors must comply with all directions provided by the display site host and property owner during their visit.
